Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing taxi bookings, and ensuring excellent service for our UK clientele.
🚨 This is NOT a call center where you sell products! 🚨
- You will be working for a UK-based cab company, dealing ONLY with passengers and drivers.
- No outbound calls or sales—everything is inbound via calls, email, or chat.
Salary & Benefits:
✅ Starting Salary: PKR 35,000
✅ After 3 Months: PKR 45,000
✅ After 1 Year: PKR 50,000 (Annual increments of 10-15% based on performance)
✅ Yearly Bonus: Equal to total annual salary
✅ Incentives & Earnings Potential:
- Top up your salary by PKR 5,000 to 15,000 by handling bookings, depending on how quickly you learn.

Payment & Performance Policy:
🔸 You will be paid from Day 1.
🔸 However, if your reliability, punctuality, and focus are not satisfactory, you will be taken off the job.
🔸 If removed within 1-2 weeks, payment will not be made for that period.
Working Hours:
📌 6 days a week schedule
📌 4 days – 8-hour shifts
📌 2 days – 12-hour shifts
📌 Flexibility required to work both night and day shifts
Requirements:
🔹 Experience in customer support is a must
🔹 Strong English communication skills
🔹 Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with Google Maps
🔹 Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
🔹 Willingness to work both night and morning shifts
